This is the first story of any length that I've attempted to complete. I titled it "In The End" because the story felt like it carried with a certain sense of finality. I'd also like to thank my good friend Josh for sneaking a peek at this and giving me some honest feedback.
What started out as a supposed-to-be-a-short-story attempt ended up crossing the 5000-word word limit, if there was even a word limit. So, I decided to split it up into smaller sections. One idea was to follow the five stages of grieving, as a sort of loose outline of sorts, but then I scrapped that idea and just went with what popped into my head.
Here are the different sections, each as an individual blog post:
The story begins here: "In The End: Judgment"
Hope you like it. And, as always, I'd love for you to give me some feedback. Thank you in advance.
